Held responsibility for LM Enterprise Development, test, operation and production environments, encompassing business support services, environmental support services, infrastructure support services, as well as enterprise solution services teams. Led transition of DOE sites to LM as well as migration of Atomic Legacy information, encompassing environmental data, systems, medical records and documentations throughout the U.S. ensuring security and integrity of information. Provided leadership and oversight in development of Cyber Plan Security, Disaster Recovery Plan, Continuity of Business Operation Plans, Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan and Quality Assurance in compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Reorganized and restructured DOE Office of Legacy Management, resulting in alignment of LM with OMB FEA initiatives by incorporating practices into environment.

Achieved green on DOE e-gov internal scorecard for seven straight quarters, earning status as second government organization as well as first DOE office designated as Most Efficient Organization.
Developed LM Enterprise Management Plan, documenting LM Enterprise and defined future method of operations, provided as line-of-sight with LM mission/goals/functions/information/systems. |
